Compatible apps

An IPTV Pro line is a standard M3U or Xtream Codes login, so it works in any mainstream IPTV player. You do not need a particular app, and we do not publish one. Pick whatever runs well on your device — the steps below cover each platform.

Why we do not name one app

Apps in this category get pulled from stores and re-listed without warning, sometimes several times a year. A page that named specific apps would be wrong within months, and pointing you at an app that has vanished is worse than telling you what to look for.

What to look for in a player

  • Accepts an M3U URL or Xtream Codes login. That is the whole requirement. Anything advertising “Xtream Codes support” will take your details.
  • Comes from the platform’s own store. On Roku, Samsung, LG and Apple that is your only option anyway. On Fire TV and Android it is still the right choice — store apps update themselves and survive a factory reset.
  • Shows a proper guide. Your line ships with EPG data already mapped, so use a player that actually renders a grid rather than a flat channel list.
  • Lets you set guide depth. On a 1 GB Firestick or a Smart TV, being able to load three days instead of seven is the difference between a usable app and one that keeps closing.

A warning worth taking seriously

Do not install IPTV players from APK files found on forums or file-sharing sites. Repackaged players carrying adware are common in this category, and once your line details are inside one you have no idea where they are being sent. Stick to the official store for your platform. If you are unsure whether an app is safe, ask us before installing it.

Questions about apps

Do I have to use a particular app with IPTV Pro?

No. Your details are a standard M3U or Xtream Codes line, which every mainstream IPTV player understands. Use whichever one runs best on your device.

Does IPTV Pro have its own app?

No, and you do not need one. We supply the service and the login details; the player is yours to choose. If you have never installed one, we will pick a suitable app with you and set it up.

Why does the same line work in one app but not another?

Usually codec support. Apps differ in which containers and video codecs they can decode on a given device, so a channel that plays on a desktop may fail on a low-end streaming stick. Tell us which channel and which device and we can often supply a different source for it.

Can I use the same details in two apps at once?

You can enter them anywhere, but one line streams one channel at a time. A second simultaneous stream needs a second line.

Is it safe to put my details into a third-party app?

Into a store-published app, yes. Into an APK from a file-sharing site, no — treat your line details like a password, because anyone holding them can use your subscription.
