We collect what we need to sell you a subscription, deliver your line and stop trial abuse. That includes your email, WhatsApp number, country, IP address and — on trial requests only — a device fingerprint. We do not sell personal data.

3. About the trial anti-abuse checks

Because trials are free, the trial form does more checking than the order form. When you submit it we record your IP address and generate a fingerprint from your browser and device, and we compare both against previous requests to detect duplicates. Where enabled, we also send your IP to a third-party lookup service to see whether it belongs to a proxy or VPN.

Rejected requests are logged, including the reason, so we can review a decision if you tell us it was wrong. If you would rather not be fingerprinted, do not use the trial form — email us instead and we will arrange a trial manually.

4. Who we share it with

  • Our email delivery provider, to send your line and any reminders.
  • Our hosting provider, which processes data on our behalf.
  • The IP reputation service, where the proxy check is enabled — it receives your IP address and nothing else.
  • WhatsApp, if you choose to contact us there. Your use of WhatsApp is governed by their own policy.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.

5. How long we keep it

6. Your rights

Under the UK and EU GDPR you can ask for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and you may object to processing we carry out on the basis of legitimate interests — which includes the trial anti-abuse checks. California residents may request disclosure and deletion under the CCPA and CPRA. We do not sell personal information.

Email support@theiptvpro.net to exercise any of these. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office in the UK, or your local supervisory authority in the EU.

7. Marketing and reminders

We send transactional email — your line details, and reminders before a trial or subscription ends. Every reminder carries an unsubscribe link that stops them immediately. Opting out of reminders does not affect the emails needed to deliver your subscription.
