These terms govern your IPTV Pro subscription. You buy access to the service for a fixed term. Access is delivered as login details for use in an IPTV application on your own device, for private viewing in one household.

1. Who we are

2. What you are buying

A subscription to the IPTV Pro service for the term you select. We supply login details; you supply the device and the internet connection, and you choose the application you use to watch. No hardware is supplied and we do not publish a player application.

3. Content and availability

The channels and on-demand content carried by the service change over time. We do not guarantee that any particular channel, event or title will be available for the whole of your term, and the free trial is provided so that you can check what is carried before you buy.

We aim for continuous availability but do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Playback also depends on your device and your internet connection, which are outside our control.

4. Acceptable use

Your use of the service is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary: one household, private viewing, one stream at a time, no sharing and no redistribution.

5. Orders, payment and activation

Placing an order on this site is a request, not a completed purchase. We respond with payment details, and your line is activated once payment clears. Subscriptions do not auto-renew; you renew by contacting us before the term ends.

6. Refunds and cancellation

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Because access is supplied immediately on activation, statutory cancellation rights for digital content may be affected once you have begun using the service — the Refund Policy explains where that applies.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate a line for breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, including sharing of credentials or commercial use. Termination for breach is not refundable.

8. Liability
