IPTV Pro is a subscription service. You receive login details by email, enter them into an IPTV app on a device you already own, and watch. The free trial runs 24 hours with no card, and we will set it up with you if you have not done it before.
Getting started
What do I actually receive when I order?
Login details for your line, by email: either an M3U URL, or an Xtream Codes host, username and password. You enter those into an IPTV app on the device you already own. Nothing is posted to you and there is no hardware to buy.
Do I need a special app or box?
No. Your details are a standard M3U or Xtream Codes line, so they work in whatever IPTV player you already run on a Firestick, Roku, Android TV, Samsung or LG television, phone, tablet or computer.
What if I have never set up IPTV before?
Message us on WhatsApp with the device you own and we will walk you through it step by step until channels are playing. That help is included on the free trial as well as on paid plans.
How long does setup take?
About five minutes once you have your details — install an app, enter the login, press play. Longer the first time if you have never installed a player before, which is what the WhatsApp help is for.
How quickly do I get my details?
Trials usually within minutes. Paid lines are activated once payment clears, normally the same day.
Plans and payment
Is payment taken on this website?
No. Ordering sends us your details. We reply with payment options — bank transfer, Remitly or cryptocurrency — and activate your line once payment clears. There is no card form anywhere on this site.
Do cheaper plans have fewer channels?
No. Every plan carries the same channels, the same VOD library and the same quality. Longer plans simply cost less per month.
Can I watch on more than one device?
You can install your details on as many devices as you like, but one line streams one channel at a time. For simultaneous viewing, order a second line or ask about a multi-connection plan.
What happens when my plan expires?
The line stops working. Message us before it expires and we will renew it on the same details, so there is nothing to re-enter on your devices.
Can I get a refund?
A line is activated the moment payment clears, so refunds are limited — see the Refund Policy. The free trial exists so you can test everything before paying.
Watching
What internet speed do I need?
About 10 Mbps at the device for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K. Consistency matters more than the headline figure — a stable 15 Mbps beats a 200 Mbps line that drops for two seconds a minute.
Is there a full TV guide?
Yes, seven days, and it is already mapped to the channels before you receive your line. You should not have to hunt for an XMLTV URL or match channels by hand.
Is there catch-up and on demand?
Your line carries an on-demand library of films and series, and catch-up on the channels that support it — those show a marker in the guide.
Will a specific channel definitely be there?
Line-ups in this category change and nobody honest will promise one named channel for a whole term. Ask us before ordering and use the free trial to confirm it is there and watchable on your connection.
Why is one channel buffering when the rest are fine?
That channel’s source is under load. Tell us which one and we can usually move you to a different source for it. Our buffering guide covers how to tell this apart from a problem at your end.
Is adult content included?
Not unless you ask for it when you order. Adult categories are excluded by default so nothing unexpected appears in the guide on a family television.
