On demand
Alongside the live channels, your line carries an on-demand library of films and series that appears as its own section in most players. Channels that carry catch-up show it in the guide, so you can go back over recent programmes without recording anything.
Adult content is off unless you ask
Adult categories are excluded from every line by default. If you want them, say so when you order. If you do not, nothing of that kind appears in your guide — which matters when the line is going on a family television.
Before you ask about a specific channel
Channel line-ups in this category change, and no honest provider will promise that one named channel will be there for the whole of your term.
