Your subscription is for one household’s private viewing. One line streams one channel at a time. You must not share, resell or publicly perform the service, and you must not redistribute or record and republish what it carries.

1. Personal use only

A subscription is granted to you for private, domestic viewing within one household. It is not transferable and it is not licensed for any commercial setting — including but not limited to a pub, bar, restaurant, hotel, shop, gym, office or any other premises open to the public or to staff.

2. One stream at a time

You may install your details on as many of your own devices as you wish, but each line carries one simultaneous stream. If you need more, order additional lines rather than sharing one.

3. Do not share your details

Your line details are personal to you. Sharing, publishing, selling or otherwise passing them to anyone outside your household is a breach of these terms and will result in the line being terminated without refund. If you believe your details have been shared, tell us and we will reissue them.

4. Prohibited use

You must not:

  • retransmit, rebroadcast, restream or otherwise redistribute any part of the service to anyone;
  • record, copy or republish content carried by the service other than for your own private time-shifted viewing where the law allows it;
  • publicly perform or display the service in any commercial or public setting;
  • resell or sublicense access, except under a separate signed reseller agreement;
  • attempt to circumvent connection limits, or reverse engineer, probe or attack our systems;
  • use the service in connection with any unlawful activity.

5. Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate a line that breaches this policy, and termination for breach is not refundable. Where a reseller breaches their agreement we may suspend their panel and the lines created under it.

6. Reporting

To report shared credentials, a reseller acting outside their agreement, or any other breach, email support@theiptvpro.net. Copyright matters are handled under our copyright policy.
